- Performed audit activities & surveillance on selected contractor project field activities and weekly construction review meetings with Contractor.
- Liaised regularly with technical team regarding site issues.
- Maintained frequent contact with contractor’s quality control staff and field supervisory personnel.
- Carried out routine site inspections in accordance with approved methodologies and test plans.
- Reviewed the Method statement & Work procedures before Commencement of work.
- Inspected all the civil works related to NATM Tunnel & Deep Underground Stations.
- Assisted “Resident Engineer” for all the works.
- Raised Quality & Safety observations on non-conformances of activities against standards/procedures
- Control Quality & Maintaining high standard of safety practices at site as per Project Quality and Safety Plan.
- Monitored daily progress against approved Project schedule of D&B Contractor.
