Job Responsibilities
1. Design Planning & Management:
- Define the scope of assignment in collaboration with the Senior Management.
- Review and approve the work plan for the respective team.
- Manage timely execution and ensure adherence to set design standards by minimizing rework.
2. Design Delivery:
- Review the design creation progress and identify the underlying deviations.
- Ensure that the design deliverables are on time at the required level of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with the Design Director for design optimization and final approval on designs.
3. Stakeholder Management:
- Liaison with client, consultants and relevant government officials to acquire necessary approvals.
- Appraise the team and Senior Management (Design Director, Director Tech & VP Design) about the delivery progress.
4. People Management:
- Facilitate development and growth of direct and indirect reportees.
- Keep track of overall sub-function employee engagement and attrition.
