Contract Duration - 6 months
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Should have worked on commercial & residential buildings.
- Ability to read and understand contract drawings from Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Should be well versed with Auto-Cad Software.
- Should prepare drawing as per instruction of HVAC designer.
- Knowledge of heat load calculations.
- Should be aware of HAVC equipment type.
- Should have knowledge of ducting & piping size selection.
- Should be capable of coordinating with other services and preparation of HVAC Tender.
- Adherence to Dept. /Discipline Working Instructions and Quality Systems.
- Overview of work progress and work-hour usage.
- Working within company budgets
- Ability to read and understand specifications and various Codes and standards.
