Roles & Responsibilities:
- Micro level planning of the project in co-ordination with Site Team / Project Manager
- Arranging required resources in co-ordination with Regional Office.
- Monitoring the progress of the project on day-to-day basis and reporting.
- Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.
- Monitoring the productivity of labour & Plant-Machinery and taking corrective actions for improvement.
- Setting monthly targets for site execution and monitoring of the same
- MIS reports & CTC projection preparation
- Calculating Formwork requirement & co-ordination for mobilization & de-mobilization
Key Skills
- BE./ B.Tech in Civil with 10+ years of experience in building sector
- Knowledge of SAP is must.
