1. Eligibility:
- Manager-Group B officers of Central/State Govt. with at least 4 years of service in Group B (Gazetted) in relevant discipline or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 60000-180000 (lDA) (E3) with four years' service in that grade.
- Assistant Manager - Group B officers of Central/State Govt. in the relevant discipline OR PSU employees working in analogous Brade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 50,000- 160000 (lDA) (E2) with four years'service in that grade.
- Junior Manager - Central/State Government employees working in analogous grade (Level 8) in relevant discipline or-holding supstantive posts in Level 7 (Level 8 in Accounts) 5r, or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline OR in Rs. 40000-140000 (lDA) (E1) with four years'service in th at grade.
2. Duration:
- 3 years extendable up to 5 years (subject to exemption by DPE from the rule of immediate absorption)
3. Age Limit:
- Maximum age 55 years
4. Pay Scale:
- Allowance as per DFCCIL policy.
5. Nature & Period of Engagement:
- The appointment shall be purely on Deputation basis.
6. Location:
- Ambala.
